| RACING AT THE RICHMOND GO-KART TRACK Richmond, British Columbia World's First Little CarIn the corner of his garage, Art Ingels, who built famous Indy racing cars, saw surpluses of two stroke cycle engines not being used. So he decided to build a little car out of the scrap metal and leftover engine. He designed this car to get around the pits and garage area where he worked at Kurtis Kraft. Unknowingly, he ingeniously created an invention that can be enjoyed for generations to come.
