WEST COAST ADVENTURES is an exciting television series about fun, travel and adventure in beautiful British Columbia. Each half an hour show features not only the well known tourist sites, but also focuses on hidden gems and adventures in this region. In season one, show content ranges from canoeing in the tranquil waters of Widgeon Creek and shopping at the Richmond Night Market, to the extreme sports of skydiving in Pitt Meadows and white water kayaking in the Chilliwack River.

Susie Lee is an avid world traveler and adventurer. She has lived and journeyed extensively throughout North and Central America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Some of her favourite voyages include, sailing through Desolation Sound, cruising through the glaciers of Alaska, surfing the waves of Hawaii, exploring the medieval castles in Scotland, riding camels through the desert of Tunisia, trekking the jungles of Malaysia, and kayaking and swimming with the sea lions in Baja, just to name a few.

Apart from her travel exploits, Lee's other passion is doing humanitarian work. She has developed and led social programs for "at-risk" youths in New Jersey and Atlantic City. In Canada, she has counselled and rehabilitated prisoners and adolescent sex offenders in group homes. According to Lee, "My collective work and travel experiences the last 13 years have brought me much insight and understanding to our human existence. I have learned to love and appreciate people from all walks of life and cultures. I also realized how truly lucky I am to be living here in the beautiful West Coast. Through this new show, I feel so privileged that I am able to share my love for travel and adventure in this region which I call my home."

Susie Lee is an actor based out of Vancouver. She has trained and studied with some of the industries leading teachers, including the acclaimed Hollywood acting coach, Tom Todoroff'. Lee was discovered after acting in an award-winning commercial. According to the producer of West Coast Adventures, Danny Sayson, “I think viewers are really going to love her charm and authenticity. Her acting and global travel experiences, combined with her passion for life and the outdoors make her the perfect host for our show.”

Aja Chantelle is a free spirit who loves life and all the adventures it has to offer. She was born and raised in the North Shore of Vancouver. Aja is extremely athletic and plays many sports. Among her favourites are soccer, basketball, figure skating and skiing. In high school, she excelled in Track and Field and won many medals and even broke some school records in various events.

Aja received her Diploma in Broadcast Performing Arts from Columbia Academy. She achieved great success in school and even won a scholarship. While at broadcasting school, she interned at Universal Records Canada and was able to interview many rock artists from around the world. Aja is deeply passionate about music and continues to work in promoting and helping establish upcoming musical talent in the recording industry. According to Aja, “I am thrilled to be able to work in the music industry. Music is one of my passions in life. My other passions include sports and adventurous living and I am doubly thrilled that I am able to share this passion with viewers of West Coast Adventures.”

Aja was discovered after an extensive search was done at the various broadcasting schools throughout the Greater Vancouver area. According to the producer of West Coast Adventures, Danny Sayson, “Aja immediately stood out from the crowd. Aja is extremely charismatic and full of life and enthusiasm. I believe viewers are going to love the energy she brings to the show.”

West Coast Adventures is produced by internationally acclaimed videographer and producer, Danny Sayson. Owner and operator of Sayson Video Productions since 1995, Sayson has received numerous national and international awards for his outstanding achievements in television and video production. His work has been featured in all the major newspapers in the Lower Mainland, including The Vancouver Sun and The Province. Sayson was also twice named as one of the top 25 videographers in all of North America by EVENT DV Magazine.

Danny graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1992 with a Bachelor's Degree in Arts. He then furthered his education by acquiring his training in Broadcast Communications at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, graduating with honours. Danny loves to share his passion for videography and now conducts training seminars across North America. Among the many destinations Sayson has lectured include New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Las Vegas, teaching professional development classes to thousands of videographers from around the world.

In addition to teaching and running his own business, Sayson also works in the thrilling field of sports broadcasting. He is a freelance sports production specialist, performing camera and instant replay work for the Vancouver Canucks, Vancouver Giants, BC Lions and Vancouver Whitecaps. Currently, Sayson is producing the highly anticipated new television series "West Coast Adventures", an exciting show about fun, travel and adventure in the beautiful outdoors of British Columbia.

"I am ecstatic to be producing this show," said Sayson. "West Coast Adventures is a combination of my passions in life, videography and travel adventures.”

West Coast Adventures can be seen during primetime on 4 PBS stations reaching most of British Columbia, Alberta and Washington State, plus parts of Western Montana, Northern Idaho, and the Northeast of Oregon. The show has a potential of reaching approximately 12.8 million viewers.
